Jet2 Cancellation Policy

If your travel plans have changed, here’s a quick guide on how to cancel Jet2 flights and what you need to know about the Jet2 Cancellation Policy.

To cancel a Jet2 flight, log in to your Jet2 account online or use the Jet2 mobile app. Go to “Manage My Booking,” select the flight you want to cancel, and follow the prompts. You can also contact Jet2’s customer service or speak with your travel agent—like me—for assistance.

According to the Jet2 Cancellation Policy, if you cancel more than 70 days before departure, you’ll only lose your deposit. However, if you cancel closer to the travel date, cancellation charges increase—up to 100% of the booking value within 14 days of departure.

Please note, optional extras such as seats, meals, and baggage are non-refundable. Jet2 doesn’t offer refunds for partially used tickets. If Jet2 cancels your flight, you’re entitled to a full refund or free rebooking.

Always check your travel insurance for coverage on cancellations.
